Rani Dhaani is a handmade jewellery brand operating only within India. All products listed on our website are intended for domestic delivery. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services without prior notice.
All product images shown on our website and social media platforms are for reference purposes. Since our jewellery is handmade, slight variations in color, shape, texture, and size are natural and expected. Such variations do not indicate defects and cannot be considered grounds for replacement or complaint. Differences in color may also occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
You have reviewed the product details carefully
You agree to our Refund & Return, Shipping, Cancellation, and Custom Order policies
You are providing accurate personal and shipping information
Any incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer may result in delivery failure, and Rani Dhaani will not be responsible for such issues.
Payments must be completed in full before order processing begins for prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are expected to accept and pay for the parcel upon delivery. Refusal of COD orders without valid reason may lead to permanent blocking of future COD purchases.
We reserve the right to:
Cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity
Limit or refuse service to customers who repeatedly violate our policies
Modify product pricing, designs, and availability without notice
In case of any dispute regarding product quality, damage, or incorrect delivery, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order along with:
A proper unboxing video
Clear product and packaging images
Without this proof, no claims will be accepted.
Rani Dhaani follows a replacement-only policy. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. Replacement is subject to verification and product availability.
Customized or personalized jewellery orders are strictly:
Non-refundable
Non-cancellable
Non-returnable
Once customization work begins, no changes or cancellations are permitted.
Customers are responsible for proper jewellery care after delivery. Any damage caused by:
Water
Sweat
Perfume or chemicals
Mishandling or improper storage
will not be covered under replacement.
All intellectual property, including brand name, logo, designs, images, content, and descriptions, belongs to Rani Dhaani. Copying, reproducing, or using any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
We are not responsible for:
Courier delays
Natural disasters
Technical failures
Payment gateway issues
Loss or theft after delivery confirmation
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased.
