RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Rani Dhaani, every piece of jewellery is carefully handmade with attention to detail, quality, and design. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene, craftsmanship, and customization, we follow a strict Refund and Return Policy. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms mentioned below.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is considered final. Since our jewellery is handmade and often prepared specifically for each customer, refunds are not possible. However, we do provide replacements in genuine cases of damage or incorrect products received.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Any request raised after this time frame will not be accepted. To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide:
A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened
Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
Images of the outer packaging and shipping label
These proofs are mandatory. Without them, your claim will be rejected. This policy protects us from false claims and ensures fair handling for both parties.
Once we receive your complaint and supporting evidence, our team will carefully review the case. If the issue is found to be genuine and caused during transit or due to our error, we will arrange a replacement of the same product. Replacements are subject to product availability. If the same design is unavailable, we may offer an alternative of equal value.
Customized or personalized jewellery orders are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-replaceable, unless the product is damaged during transit or the wrong item is delivered. Since customized jewellery is made specifically as per customer instructions, it cannot be resold or reused.
Please note that slight variations in color, size, or design are natural in handmade jewellery and do not qualify as defects. Differences caused by screen resolution, lighting, or photography are also not valid reasons for replacement.
We will not be responsible for any damage caused after delivery due to:
Water exposure
Perfume, deodorant, or chemical contact
Sweat or moisture
Improper storage
Mishandling or accidental breakage
Such cases will not be covered under our replacement policy.
Once your replacement request is approved, the product will be dispatched within 3–5 business days, depending on availability. Shipping charges for the replacement may be borne by the customer unless the error was clearly from our side.
We strongly advise all customers to read product descriptions, measurements, and policies carefully before placing an order. Our policies are designed to maintain fairness, protect the authenticity of handmade craftsmanship, and prevent misuse of return systems.
Rani Dhaani reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on our website will always be applicable.
