At Rani Dhaani, we aim to deliver your handmade jewellery safely, securely, and in a timely manner. Since every piece is carefully handcrafted, processing and shipping times are structured to maintain quality while ensuring reliable delivery.
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing Time:
Ready products: 2–5 business days
Customized products: 5–10 business days
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Processing time refers to the time taken to prepare, pack, and dispatch your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
Shipping Time After Dispatch:
Domestic delivery: 3–7 business days
Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner, your location, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen logistical delays. While we strive to meet timelines, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout. Any free shipping offers are subject to change without prior notice.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across selected serviceable locations in India. COD availability depends on your pincode and courier partner coverage. Additional COD charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.
Incorrect Address:
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Rani Dhaani will not be responsible. Any re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Failed Delivery Attempts:
If the courier attempts delivery and fails due to:
Customer unavailability
Incorrect contact number
Refusal to accept the parcel
The order may be returned to us. In such cases:
Re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer
No refunds will be issued
Packaging:
All jewellery is packed securely to prevent damage during transit. We strongly recommend customers record an unboxing video when opening their parcel. This is mandatory in case of any damage or wrong product claim.
Delayed Shipments:

Rani Dhaani is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, but we will assist you in tracking your shipment.
Lost or Missing Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate. However, once the courier confirms successful delivery, Rani Dhaani is not responsible for loss or theft.
Damage During Transit:
Any damage or wrong item claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with:

Product images
Packaging images
Without this proof, the claim will be rejected.
Customized Orders:
Shipping timelines for customized jewellery may vary based on design complexity and approval time. Once dispatched, they follow the same delivery timelines as regular orders.
